Booking
- Please contact us to book your rooms with us.
- Please make any special requests at the time of booking.
Payment
- Please pay the total invoice amount for the rooms(s) upon arrival.
- Our payment options are: cash (in Euros or US Dollars), by bank transfer to our Egyptian bank account or by credit card (please allow a 3% handling fee).
- Unfortunately, online payment is not possible yet.
Additional Persons
- Additional persons per room are charged an additional fee.
- Children up to 6 years are free (if the room has sufficient beds).
Group Bookings
- A group booking is a booking that consists of 3 or more rooms.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is asked at time of booking, another 50% no later then 2 weeks before arrival.
- No refund can be provided in case of cancellation.
Legal requirements
- Upon arrival, on request of the Egyptian government, we are obliged to make a copy of your valid passport and visa.
- It is not permitted for Egyptian nationals to share a room with someone without a valid marriage certificate (stamped in court).
Deposit
- Please let us know if you are booking for a full week or want to reserve more than one room. For bookings of multiple rooms we charge a deposit of € 100.
- A refund of your deposit is only possible if you cancel your reservation no later then 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. In that case we will refund the full deposit to your account.
No-show
- In case of no-show (you have booked but will not show up) and if no deposit has been made and the reservation is not cancelled (14 days before arrival or earlier), € 100 or the amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellations on or within 7 days of arrival, the full reservation fee will be charged.
